Love Meets Amore is a professional matchmaking service committed to providing exceptional introductions and orchestrating enjoyable dating experiences for discerning clients seeking meaningful relationships.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

By becoming a Member of Love Meets Amore, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference (collectively, this "Agreement"). We reserve the right to amend these terms to comply with applicable laws, adapt to evolving business practices, or introduce new services. Notice of any material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated through reasonable means, such as emails.

Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

ELIGIBILITY

To become a Client or Member of Love Meets Amore and access our Matchmaking Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Be a legal resident of the United States of America.

  • Complete an approval process; the decision to decline an application will be provided via email.

SUMMARY OF TERMS

Love Meets Amore prioritizes confidentiality, honesty, and trust. By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are single or legally separated from your spouse.

  • All details provided are truthful, accurate, and complete.

  • You are seeking a sincere relationship.

  • You have no criminal convictions.

  • You are not an employee of, or affiliated with, other matchmaking companies.

You are prohibited from:

  • Harming the reputation of Love Meets Amore, its Clients, and Members.

  • Making defamatory statements about Love Meets Amore or its services.

  • Disclosing Confidential Information to third parties.

  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior.

Violation of these terms may lead to immediate termination of the Agreement by Love Meets Amore and/or legal action.

THE SERVICES

Love Meets Amore is dedicated to identifying suitable matches for its Clients and Members, presenting their bios to potential matches. As a member, you agree to:

  • Respond promptly to communications from Love Meets Amore.

  • Inform us of any changes to your Relationship, Financial, and Professional Status.

  • Terminate your Membership at any time by contacting Love Meets Amore.

  • Additionally, you will receive a monthly newsletter with a termination option.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You affirm that all information submitted to Love Meets Amore is truthful and accurate. Love Meets Amore does not conduct background checks but relies on the information provided by Clients and Members.

You acknowledge that Love Meets Amore cannot guarantee the outcome of dates or the success of relationships resulting from introductions. Love Meets Amore is not responsible for interactions between Clients and Members or their behavior.

Love Meets Amore encourages feedback to improve services. You agree to use caution in all interactions, including meeting in public places.

You agree to indemnify Love Meets Amore against any complaints, claims, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

Love Meets Amore stores and processes your personal information for high-quality services, communication, and legal compliance. Confidentiality obligations apply to all Clients and Members. Clients purchasing the “Transparent Matchmaking Package” provide Love Meets Amore permission to share photos with potential matches.

REFUND POLICY

  • VIP Clients: Love Meets Amore offers a 50% refund if no suitable match is found within the first 3 months of the client’s experience. If no match is found within this period, the client will be notified of their eligibility for a refund. The client may choose to continue the matchmaking process but will forfeit eligibility for the 50% refund.

  • Standard Clients: Love Meets Amore does not offer any refunds for standard clients, as the service is provided with full commitment to finding a suitable match.

GENERAL

  • Intellectual Property: Love Meets Amore retains intellectual property rights in its materials. Copying or distributing such materials for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • Waiver: No failure or delay in exercising rights under these terms constitutes a waiver.

PAUSING MEMBERSHIP

Clients may pause their membership at any point in time. During a pause, Love Meets Amore will stop any active matchmaking efforts. Typical reasons for pausing a membership may include:

  • Exploring a successful match without distractions from new matches.

  • Family emergency.

  • Extended vacations.

  • Taking a break from dating.

Important: Paused memberships will expire after one year. If the client has not resumed active matchmaking within that time frame, the membership will automatically expire.
